Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or using AlphaGBM (the 'Service'), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
AlphaGBM provides data-driven stock and options analysis tools, scores, and AI-generated summaries for informational and educational purposes. Features, markets, and data coverage may change over time.
3. Not Financial Advice
AlphaGBM is not a broker, registered investment adviser, or financial planner. The service may present non-personalized rankings, conditional research views, and scenario-based outputs, but these do not create an advisory relationship, guarantee a result, or constitute an offer or solicitation. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. You remain responsible for decisions and should consult a licensed professional for personalized advice. Past performance and model outputs do not guarantee future results.
4. Eligibility & Account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or bulk-extracting data, reselling or redistributing outputs, reverse-engineering, circumventing usage limits or access controls, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, models, scores, and content, is owned by AlphaGBM and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaGBM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes, Termination, Governing Law & Contact
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Questions: info@alphagbm.com.
